Hot 100

Goals for Hot 100 challenge:

1.  Get to 249 pounds from 285.



      

November 5th update:  Yup.  An 8 pound gain.  Gee, ya think all these might be related?
November 12th update:  11 pound loss.  Love those whooshes.


2.  Walk 100 miles.


November 5th update:  No excuses, poor progress this week, but I did make it into the 40's.
November 12th update:  Good progress this week and close enough to halfway there.  :)


3.  Get my 5k time down to 43 minutes.  This one will be the most difficult for sure!

Last timing was 54 minutes!

November 12th update:  This week's timing was 50:51.  Long way to go, but YAY!!!!
